I use this store for both business and personal use. We have a business mailbox, print labels and ship to/from the store. It’s a very clean and organized facility. The manager and most of the staff are incredibly kind, helpful and caring. (In full transparency, there is one staff member that I feel doesn’t like her job. But that’s not enough for me to lower my score or overall feeling of the place.) Lines can get long because this is the only UPS store in the area, but they do their best to keep the lines moving by handling Amazon returns and drop offs in a separate line.

A kind worker was very helpful with a bulky return today! She helped us get it wrapped up and ready to go using our own materials, without us even having to ask. Great people working here!

They were very kind and kept us updated when the line was out the door. Very busy location and they were all so nice.
