Terrible customer service. The manager(?) demanded that customers use the automated machine -- the only problem is that it wasn't working. He grew irate and rude, yelling at the line of customers. He proceeded to grab my phone, try (and fail) to scan it the barcode, and expressed anger when he realized that he was wrong.
He then told all of us to just leave and come back another time since he can't process anything.
Several other customers were trying to pick up packages, but they weren't "able to find them" even though marked as delivered, indicating that UPS is lying about delivery times. They were told to come back another day.
This is inexcusable behavior.
