This Kent location is the worst. John especially is extremely slow, horrible, and rude. I have to ship every day Monday through Friday, and this is the closest location to my home, but from now on, I will go to the Fairwood location, which was kind, helpful, and fast. John will try to look busy, but it seems just to avoid helping more customers. The final straw was that there were probably 15 people in line, literally out the door. At least 7 of us had packages that were ready to go, but we wanted a receipt. The customer John was helping had to fill out some forms. The efficient thing to do would be to give her the proper forms and some direction and ask her to step aside while she filled it out so he could help other customers. I was second in line after this lady, and I was there for 35 minutes. I saw many people vome in the door and turn around and walk out, saying they weren't waiting. (I wish I had that luxury, but I had to ship) I have left my # and email for the owner to contact me regarding my experience a couple of times, as well as at the Covington location, and he has never returned my call or emailed me. I would have rather spoke to him and give the opportunity before writing a poor review, but his lack of concern leaves me no choice. Don't go to this store. Go to Fairwood and support a kind owner with great employees, who cares about their customers.
Had to send 2 packages, took me 2 minutes at most and the lovely young woman at the front was fast, friendly, and I love folks who make my life easier. I think the negative reviews might be one off incidents because I've never had an issue. Or possibly they are just angry and entitled, but I had a great experience.
I think the front desk person said her name was Margarita, but she deserves a raise. Thank you again!
