I just had the most unpleasant experience at this store. The young lady at the front desk was dismissive and rude. She did not know how to print my online print order and became belligerent. After she said we would have to wait for a partner store to email the print order to her and charge $5 to tape my two packages together, I asked her name and to speak with a manager. She refused to provide her name and said to call back tomorrow. I left without receiving my print order or shipping my packages. It was not necessary for her to behave in such an unhelpful manner. I will never return to this store. I see why it has 2.5 stars.

Older lady working there expresses zero desire to help anyone. Her greeting is “what do you need?” One customer gave an instruction to help with her shipping. A simple instruction. This employee is making a scene by shouting “I have no idea what you are talking about” “what?” “What?” “What?” “I don’t understand”. Let’s not forget she talks over you every time. Painful to watch. No better words to describe how unprofessional she is. Please be professional and be thoughtful of your customers. One star is too much.
