My husband & I used UPS store #5245 in Federal Way, WA and had the truly best service ever! We were there multiple times over 2 days shipping large/unique items over the country; our drop-offs were not simple. AJ & Nick were wonderfully courteous, expert in their preparation/packaging plans and execution. We even got quite friendly over the 2 days, a pleasant surprise! We stopped by later to show them my brother's custom-painted van. They LOVED it! They even followed up with an email later checking on our package deliveries. I highly recommend this store for shipping. They are so personable and excellent service people!

Had a horrible experience at the Campus Drive UPS store, so I brought my item here and was very happy with the service. Nick was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional which made me feel confident that my item was in good hands. I’ll be returning to this store in the future.

This UPS Store is in a good location, and great people work here. I have great experience dealing with each employees. Everyone is helpful, and they know their stuff too. They are fast and accurate.
You can also buy boxes and packaging tapes. I learned that you can shred your document there too, which is good.
I like the professionalism of the employees and highly recommend them to everyone for their outstanding services
