Went in to get a notary done Saturday afternoon.there were 3 people working the counter and we said we are here for a notary.the guy started to walk over to the counter they use but the lady working there said notary ends at 4:30 and it's 4: 37..I said it'd doesn't say that no where on the website. Why can't u help us.she was very unhelpful. She said we will be open Monday and I told her that does us no good..you should either change your website or maybe tell your employees quitting time is 5 o'clock not 4:37..I really needed to get that sent off today. Thanks so much for nothing

Disorganized! I only use the service because I live next to a bus stop at a school and too many homeless search the streets in my area so it’s a security issue for me however, since they’ve moved next-door to their new location you no longer have a mailbox, they put it in file folders and I’ve been having trouble getting my UPS orders in a timely fashion on occasions,.In fact today I was notified an order was in and it was one that was received 15 days ago. This has happened on a number of occasions, I often wonder if the toddlers running the show here actually care about customer service or just a paycheck? I am so glad I am moving to Georgia, because it seems like Everything in Washington has gone to hell in a handbasket. Note: I did packing shipping for sensitive equipment and everything else imaginable for many years not once did I have a problem at the other end, and I can say this, watching these people pack things is unsettling to say the least, buyer beware. I do want to remind everybody these folks are not associated with UPS directly. They only use their name if you wanna ship something UPS make the drive to Fife packet yourself it’ll save you a lot of money and I mean a Pant load of money.

Very poor experience today with an employee named Sydney (employee 269818) who refused to give her last name. She didn’t know what she was doing had two different people come over to assist her. Charged me $24 for a box and wanted to charge an additional $50 to put the items in the box. So I said I’ll put the items in the box as I was done she said I’m not allowed to put the items in the box in the store. I’m not allowed to put my items in a box in a UPS store? I had another item to package that I now have to leave the store to put in a box. It’s car mats that they’re charging $40 for just the box. (Just went to FedEx that charged me less than $7 for the same box and they packaged it!)
On a separate note, the new location now charges extra monthly fees for packages on top of the fee that I pay each year.
