Had a incident happen on May 31st 2023 right after they open I had a Amazon return the agent said to take the actual label and the item to the UPS store don't need to be boxed so I did that and the manager told me about it needing to be boxed and I have Attention Deficit Disorder and get frustrated easily and I did and I left to go to my car out of frustration to take a breather and the manager thought I was leaving and he brought my item outside and left it and then I went back in and he was saying something but I forgot what it was since everything happen so fast and I said I was going to go get my cell phone to call Amazon and he said that I can't come back to the store again. I felt so bad what happen so I went to the police station to see how I can work something out since he told me I can't come back and he said that I just can't go back in person but I do want to work something out later I found out by Amazon that the agent was wrong that I had to box it up if it's actual label I wish I could have called Amazon at the store and able to work something out again I feel so bad. I don't like having Attention Deficit Disorder makes me do stuff I don't like doing. I always have and always will like the store manager.

Edited for more recent interaction--- Upon an issue at the store while trying to return my Amazon orders and a simple mistake being made that should have been easily fixed or at the very least explained with dignity and grace as to how to fix the situation, I was delivered extremely poor customer service with short statements, giving me no answer, and extremely poor attitudes from the two staff involved. Then as I called to speak with the manager I was told that they had no idea when the manager would be in. After multiple calls, I finally left my name and number to which I then received and even more ridiculous and insanely rude conversation from the "claimed" manager. I have been going to the store for years and never have I been treated with such disrespect and disgust. The manager also claimed I threatened to "come around the corner" inwhich I never once did and had my son there so can testify. After this I tried to explain further and he hung up on me. Also he never would provide me his name. This is common courtesy. All of this is beyond wrong. And I will be pursuing further action. DO NOT GO HERE!!! There is a reason why they have only 2 stars! And I bet it will only get worse from here.

My aunt recently went to this store for a simple package drop off and she said the owner began screaming at her and cussing her out and even called the cops on her after saying that the owner was lacking in customer service skills shortly after he berated her, she’s one of the sweetest kindest and most caring people I know for anyone no matter if they’re a stranger or close friend. This treatment of her is unacceptable. Anyone that treats women or people in general that way are cowards. Use any other UPS store.
