Friendly staff and fast service however four out of five Amazon returns disappeared without ever being scanned and now they don't give receipts so they can deny packages were dropped off! Edit To Add: tried again as Amazon has now discontinued returns with UPS pick-up, only allowing Amazon drop-off or UPS store drop-off and five packages (~$100 in clothing) show no tracking activity one week later (in fairness, when UPS pick-up was available it also took days, weeks, or months for the first scan to occur so this is a UPS systemic issue and not exclusive to the specific UPS store...) UPS "sucks dead mice through a garden hose"!
