It is a small and convenient UPS store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable to all customers. I often return packages, take passport photos or print papers. I know that you can even shred confidential and sensitive docs here (use the shred bin). The parking is a little chaotic since street parking is the only way. Again, I highly recommend this awesome place to anyone

Will never return to this location.

I was in the middle of printing a shipping label for a package and the guys pulled the metal fence around, turned off the printer, and just said "we're closed...". Not even a moment after closing time.

This was after they shipped one of my packages, so I just had one more left. Couldn't spend 1-2 minutes to let me finish, just kicked me out.

And before all this, they were laughing about locking the front door and telling the people trying to enter "we're closed..."

Luckily I was able to drive up to First Hill and get far better service by the UPS Store worker there. Literally night and day difference in customer service.

The rudest employees I’ve had the misfortune of interacting with. Like multiple other people have mentioned, they refuse to accept Amazon returns despite selecting a return with no label or box needed. Not sure if it’s a scam, or pure laziness. If they can’t scan a QR code to return a package, I can’t imagine they’d be helpful for anything more complicated.
