I miss two young male managers. They were so genuine and kind to all customers. The new Caucasian male(age of 40’s?) and young female staffs are not kind and friendly specially to other race.

Wow, incredibly patient and nice folks here. I came in with a crazy confusing weirdly shaped return and they helped me sort it out and pack up super throughly!
Best package center I’ve ever been too!! I wish I remember the guys name — he was a driver for UPS before so he was able to help me sort out how to mail my return.

I had a wonderful experience with Melissa and Mark at the Kirkland UPS store this week. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I was so impressed by how kind, helpful, and joyful they were! I caught them right before closing at the very end of their day, and they still had such amazing attitudes. I commented on how great they were to work with and Mark said that Melissa was the manager and she creates such a great environment for their store and leads by example. There should be more people working in UPS stores like these two!
