I've had nothing but problems at this location. The most recent was, I shipped a gift to Canada yesterday, and the employee filled out the paperwork badly enough that UPS corporate rejected it. If there's one thing I'd hope a UPS store would know how to do, it's ship a package through their own system.
For the record, I don't blame the employee; it's a sign of poor training / management if their employees don't know how to do their job.

I live nearby and rely on this store to handle my varying outbound mail needs. Without exception, all employees I've dealt with have been friendly, competent, and exceedingly helpful. For example, during my most recent visit, WILL went above-and-beyond by graciously handling my many printing, boxing, and shipping needs even though I arrived 2 minutes before close. This store is clutch and, in my experience, has only provided top notch service.

I use UPS professionally and personally as my primary shipping method but have had nonstop problems at this location. In November, I brought 3 packages in of which 2 were never delivered and a receipt was never provided to me. It’s January and I’m still dealing with refunds for these items. Today, I went in around 12:15pm with an email label that said that it could be printed off in store at no cost. I was the only person in the store and the young, male presenting person who was working told me I couldn’t and I asked if there was any other way and also explained my issues at the store before. He said no. Then when I was leaving he said I could pay $2.21 to print out the $8 label that I already paid for. I contacted the company that had said that they should be able to print it out for free and they said that there isn’t any reason I should be charged an extra $2. I know this is only $2 but mixed with the horrible experience I’ve had here before, it feels like this location does not care about it’s customers at all and the guy working needs some serious training in customer service. I drove 30 minutes round trip to drop this package off and will not be using UPS for my deliveries going forward.
