Employees here r so lazy to take out the trash with full of paper in there so they blame my little box was recycling stuffs that i was not allowed to throw into their full garbage can. So lazy ppl need to serve better

Aldwin is rude, very unprofessional, unpleasant and lack customer service skills. I would drive miles out of my way to avoid doing business at this location.

The customer service here is outstanding. Even during busy rush seasons they do their best to go as quickly as possible. They are very kind and outgoing. In regards to Amazon returns. They have a self-serve station that is just amazing. The self-serve station has plastic bags that you can use for free, tape you can use for free, and it’s easy and fast to use. When you have to print off a label for a return, the cost is very reasonable and they tape your label and your box up for you. Unlike some other UPS return locations that charge you a roll of tape to do so. Definitely recommend this store for returns!
