Darby is always a huge help! Thank you for being you and I'm so glad that you're at this location. A pleasant demeanor and always so nice! I chose to write this review over the negative one regarding a young gal, dark hair, glasses and the only one wearing a mask. she's pretty rude. learned that she's this way to others who stop by here - she's literally a reason why some won't go by this location - but I figure that's because she's miserable. I'd rather boost Darby! You're great with customers, every time I stop by! I hope you rub off on your co worker, she needs it!

Today I arrived at the UPS Store on Cooper Pt. Road in Olympia, WA. The store was pretty busy but the wait time was very short; both cashiers were courteous and professional. Jodie did a great job helping me figure out my return to Amazon and made my visit a very positive experience.
