Terrible Experience with UPS Delivery Services. Not only did they manage to deliver not one, but two of my packages to the wrong addresses, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience, but they also had the audacity to insist that I sign for a package that has been delayed solely due to their own incompetence.
The mishandling of my packages is a clear indication of UPS's lack of attention to detail and disregard for their customers' needs. It's incredibly frustrating to trust a delivery service THAT USED TO BE GOOD with your packages, only to have them mishandled and misplaced, causing unnecessary delays and headaches.
What's even more infuriating is their insistence that I sign for a package that has been delayed due to their own internal issues. It's as if they expect me to bear the brunt of their mistakes and inefficiencies. Not to mention when I take my own time in attempts to recover my package at the store they say that have no idea where it is. This kind of customer service is simply unacceptable and speaks volumes about UPS's lack of accountability and professionalism.
I have lost both valuable time and trust in UPS's ability to provide reliable and competent delivery services. It's disheartening to see a company with such a well-known reputation fail so miserably in fulfilling their basic responsibilities. They used to be my favorite but I strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting their packages to UPS, as my recent experiences have been nothing short of terrible
