Quite unfortunate that you can no longer drop off Amazon returns without paying a $1 AND packaging it yourself. This went into effect June 1st. I guess I’ll be visiting other UPS stores to utilize Amazon returns as well as my other shipping needs.

My family and I have been customers of this location for over 10 years. In the last few months we’ve had issues with the customer service provided by some of the new employees. I just recently heard that this business is under new ownership and everyone who worked here for a long time is gone. My interactions with the new owner (I didn’t know she was the new owner at the time) haven’t been the best. I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt since she will probably need time to adjust, but if things don’t get better we’ll have to look for a different place to do business at.

What an incredibly rude experience by management at this location. I came here previously for fingerprints and the employee that assisted me at the time was excellent; come to find out and surprise surprise she no longer works there. Appointments can apparently only come Monday-Friday when someone certified is present. Instead of the manager presenting herself to explain that no one is qualified to log in to a kiosk she proceeds to continuously yell from the back room as if I can properly hear her while her employee is speaking to me. How is it professional to continue yelling from a back room rather than present yourself to relay the information? I had to go all the way to Chino where the employee there was excellent and explained that certification is required to be a member of management and the steps are quite easy to do so. Seems like management at this location can’t be bothered to act professionally and service customers properly.
