Today I brought in return Amazon packages and I had 4 returns in one box with all the labels on outside assuming I could send them all in one box but I was wrong 😫😁 The lady was so nice she re packaged them for me in 4 separate bags because I had to run with a lyft waiting for me. Just wanted to tell her thank you so much one more time. I really appreciate you for the help.

This UPS location is amazing. Always the best customer service, no matter who is working; they are busy and yet keep a smile and positive attitude. Raul went above and beyond to help me out with a packaging issue I was having, and it made my day - thank you, Raul!

The lady (I think her name was Manu) who helped us was so patient and kind in helping me send a very difficult package at the end of the store hours. I'm very grateful for her help since I haven't sent an international package before. She was very helpful in helping to get the address right and going back when we made mistakes to make sure it had the best chance of getting through. I'm glad we went to this location. Thank you!
