Dude at the counter didn’t know what he was talking about telling me it’s $8 to return something that literally says free return. Just went to the kiosk for a second time and yep it was free. Idk why the representative does not know more about return options and failed to give any advice or more information

I came in to return a small metal shelf and asked of they could help me repackage it in the box it came in with with packing tape. The man there said no because that would be a liability for them. I have never experienced such poor customer service before. UPS stores are usually always really helpful but not this location.

East off I 205 on Sunnyside Road. Manager really knowledgable, friendly staff. All your mailing and shipping needs. Good selection of cards; some seasonal ones too. Excellent UPS store.
