I had an Amazon return and wasn't aware I had to have it in an envelope or box (I never had to any other time). I told the girl I had to run out to my car to get my wallet… When I came back in she had already had it packaged up with a label on it and told me the cost of the poly envelope would be $2.50 - at that point I realized my card has been locked the day before due to fraudulent activity and I did not have any cash on me. Instead of just letting me use the envelope that she had already packed my item in and sealed, she took a razor blade out, cut straight through it, took my item out and gave it back to me and threw the envelope away. Either way, UPS lost $2.50 - either by her throwing it away, or by her giving it to me. She chose to throw it away. I do a lot of shipping because I have a small business online… This action makes me rethink who I use to ship with.

This woman was pretty rude to me today. I came in with an Amazon return which said to bring to a ups store and no label is needed, just show them the return barcode. I get to the counter and this woman says it is supposed to be customer packaged and if she just sticks a label on it and something happens to it then it is on ME and not THEM. I said well it was delivered to me this way. The label is still on it. She didn't want to hear it. She says Amazon has their own delivery trucks. I said yes, and they don't always put boxed items inside another box. Also, if I order from Amazon and they hand it off to usps to be delivered that is not my fault. Still didn't want to hear it so I had to pay $12 for a box just to send this back because she was making me feel like something was going to happen to it. She was looking at me like I should've know this when I walked in there and that I was nuts to think they would just slap a return label on it. This is the first time I've had a problem at this location. If the woman wouldve explained everything a little more politely I would've been fine but she was looking at me like I had five heads or something. I also heard the other workers talking about "customer packed" so idk if they were talking about me or not but I just didn't like the whole vibe in the store today. It could've been handled much better. Also, after reading the other reviews on here, apparently the owner, Krissy Tapocik does not take criticism very well. Even her responses to legitimate customer complaints are ignorant. She keeps reminding people that this is her "small business" and comparing one person's comment to Arbys and McDonald's. I will definitely not give her small business my business anymore. I'm shocked that any business owner would speak to their customers that way. 🙄

The girls at this UPS Store put up a lot from some unpleasant customers! They are always kind, efficient, and helpful! Pains me to see people be unkind to them, but their professionalism is something the owner should be proud of. I do a lot of shipping for work and personal needs - this UPS Store is my go-to!
