Xan made my experience so enjoyable when I needed a mailbox. He was informative and patient, helping me understand all my options. I did not understand what the mailboxes were for. Porch pirates - wow! Yes, that’s a savior have lost so many Amazon packages.

These 5 stars are for Angelina. She is such a GEM and a total asset to this store. I look forward to seeing her every time I need to do some shipping / returning. Not only is she the epitome of customer service, she's an awesome team leader and clearly cares about her people. TL;DR -- Promote her! Give her a raise! She's the reason you have a whole bunch of very happy customers (myself included).
