If i could give 0 stars i would . i was charged $3 for a single sheet of black and white paper after calling and confirming it would be 35 cents prior to my visit. Literally go anywhere else

I shipped 2 boxes to China and one of it was not shipped out and the UPS store can’t find it. It took them 40 days to confirm they probably lost the box. I filed claim and sent email to the owner of store, but there is no reply after 2 weeks. This is the terrible experience I had.

All the staff, here are polite, friendly, and effective. I have been treated better at this store than anywhere else I’ve ever shipped a package from. I sell and ship valuable, fragile collectibles. They are willing to listen, consult on the appropriate solution, and ultimately execute whatever you need for packaging and shipping sensitive items. I wouldn’t think to go anywhere else with my most valuable packages.
