The best UPS store I’ve been to. The staff is so quick and effective. They get things done and know how to do a great job. I’m usually always in and out, but if there’s a line sometimes you can’t avoid it. They do their best to be as quick as possible, and I’ve never waited over 5-10 minutes in that store, but it’s usually always under 2 minutes. They don’t make you wait here, the minute they see you they’re helping you. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, I don’t like going to any other location now.

Do NOT go to this UPS Store location! I attempted to send back Spectrum DVR equipment last month and the employee sent it to AT&T instead. Upon figuring out this mistake, I called the store and spoke to Zach the manager. He was not only unapologetic but also unhelpful and said there is nothing he can do. He went as far as to tell me it was my fault and I insisted the employee send it to AT&T. Ridiculous! I don't write reviews but felt it was important to spread the word about this UPS Store location!

Fantastic customer service from their staff. Both Zach and Landy thoughtfully walked me through the step-by-step process of properly shipping my first ever package. Highly recommend this establishment.
