There were two lovely ladies working the counter tonight who saved my butt. They remembered me from yesterday having an issue with package pickups that never arrived. I ran several blocks to get there today before closing but missed it by 15 minutes. But they remembered me from yesterday when I ran up to the locked door and let me in anyways to help me get my package. I am at the mercy of the bus for my commute so I wasn’t sure if I was ever going to get my package. Thank you so so much 🙏🏼

Hands down THE BEST UPS STORE. Every time I visit they top the last experience in terms of customer service & care. The staff truly cares about keeping the customer happy. They show it by conveying their knowledge on the companies capabilities and helping accomplish what you came in for. Whether I am there for a casual amazon return or if I'm there on a weekend trying to figure out my best option for a last minute rush delivery, they always come through!!! I recently came in on a weekend to rush ship a birthday present for a client and I was so impressed by the service provided by Josue & Chris. These guys are problem solvers and are very nice. They helped me figure out my best options and all was beyond perfect. Josue is also a Public Notary!

Anyway, great consistent experience every time I go in. Doesn't matter who's on staff. Thank you for being kind guys :)
