This UPS location did not honor my Bounce reservation for luggage storage. They should really not offer the service if they're not capable of honoring reservations.

Always ready to help to handle Amazon returns or ship new packages. Nice office with easy parking.

The owner is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. When returning amazon boxes that are already paid for by amazon, makes up bogus up charges to scam customers. Like $2 charge for taping a box, $3.5 for printing a label, etc

Don’t bother with this one, simply use another location. We switched to one in a city and never had a problem.
