Jamie helped me with a very complex corporate shipment, and was extremely kind and patient with my requests(from my company). The Manager was there, and also stopped to speak with me, and was very kind and patient as well. I am from out-of-State, and when you find warmth and kindness on the road, I think you should shout them out!!! GREAT JOB MS. JAMIE!!!! What a waste of time. I made an appointment two days ago to have a notary on an important document, fit the appointment in between work meetings, showed up and the notary wasn’t available. They had run to another store and ‘likely did not see the appointment.’ What is the point of making an appointment? I even went out of my way to this store vs a closer one given the appointment time fit best with my schedule. Poor customer service.

I love this UPS Store. The whole staff is extremely friendly, patient and kind. I am not a fan of F.Ex. I prefer UPS. I strongly suggest using their services. With everything coming from Amazon as of late, I have no problems with returns. It is quick and painless. It takes 2-3 minutes. They package and send you on your way knowing everything is taken care of.
