The first stop to a cross country road trip? The UPS store, of course! We had to swing by to drop off our Spectrum equipment. To be fair, Spectrum told us that it was a very quick process, literally a drop off much like a package, but this was not the case. I didn't mind it because I'd rather be "safe" and make sure I wouldn't have to pay any fees. They gave me a receipt, just in case. I really appreciated that they were taking COVID so seriously, and they didn't take their time or anything to get customers in and out as quickly as possible. This UPS store has great customer service!

Feeling taking advantage of! I use this location as a business address. Renewed my small mailbox and was informed the cost has increased by $100! Same small size box. I renewed with a resolve to locate another service. A company that would exploit their customers like this is not a company I want to give my money too. I regret that I signed for another year. During a pandemic, to have customer remain with you and your answer is to treat our resources with such greed and disregard, no.

I don’t ever want to go back to this store. Ever... Same lady is always giving me trouble to return. Last time it all needed to be in same box? This time the QR code didn’t work - and wanted to charge me $1.75 to print THEIR OWN LABEL - A PIECE OF PAPER. Nah. They go out of their way to make it a bad and difficult experience. FAIL.
