I've been very disappointed with the service at this store. During my last two visits, the employees displayed unprofessional behavior. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I understand that everyone has bad days, but unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue at this location. I hope that the management can take steps to improve the customer experience and ensure that all employees treat customers with respect.
I rarely go to this ups store but each time I do I immediately regret it. I do not understand why in order to be helped shipping a box, I have to show them my ID. I have sent many boxes via postal service and never presented them my ID. The staff is not friendly or helpful, but rather judgemental and patronizing... I would have left but they had my ID. So I paid surcharge and overcharge and still had to listen to them schooling me on packaging since I never shipped a box before and did it all wrong. Still holding my ID they asked if return address also on shipping label was current...indeed can u see they r matching...why ask for ID then.... Anyway over $100 was my total but doesn't guarantee to arrive in a week...
