They’re open late on Saturday’s unlike other nearby UPS stores. Before telling you about my experience I want to address someone else who had given a poor review because they charged $2 to print out a code. It’s true that they do charge this high price but that’s in exchange for convenience. Go to your local library if you want to print up to 10 pages for free (Google lapl free printing). I paid the $2 on a particular occasion because that day was the deadline before my return window closed. Did it suck to pay $2 for one page? Yes. Is it UPS’ fault? No. Blame capitalism, not this store.
Alright, here’s my experience: The two staff here were friendly and patient with me on multiple occasions where I’ve had to process a lot of Amazon returns. I’m sure a lot of us in the area will be using this store for that purpose. Make sure you read the instructions on your Amazon return code so that you show up prepared at this UPS store. Learn from my mistake, “customer prepared” means you have to print the label and pack the item!
