Bob, Gretchen and crew are both professional, timely and personable. As a graphic designer, Design Orbit uses them on a regular bases. Jobs are always completed on time, if not before, and the quality is excellent. Cosmic High Five to the UPS store for excellence in every way!

Fast, professional and friendly. I had a great experience here sending packages for the holidays. Even though they are a UPS store, they can also handle USPS shipping (I needed to ship one of my packages to a P.O. Box). Parking is easy on Main St. or just south in the parking lot. Was much nicer than the usual holiday post office experience!

Convenient location. Staff was helpful. Took longer than I expected for the staff to get clarification for which method I could use to ship a box containing hearing aids with rechargeable batteries. In the end, they got the answer for us and we got oir package shipped. Overall a good experience.
