Perhaps the rudest service I've ever received. I needed to have one page, black and white, printed from a pdf file on a USB drive. The employee was on a personal phone call when I arrived and continued talking the entire time I was there. He finally plugged my drive into a printer, printed out the one page (a 30 second process) and then charged me $2.65 for that single print! When I questioned the price he said there was a "set up" fee. When I pointed out that the FedEx Store on The Alameda charges 15 cents, his reply was "This isn't FedEx Store, I don't care."
Avoid this store. Unless you are looking to be ripped off and treated like dirt I strongly suggest going anywhere other that this UPS Store.
