Under new Management. Since new management took over this place is great. They take care of you with ease and are very friendly, helpful and always have a solution. They are quick and efficient. There is plenty of parking available. I trust this location to ship anything and everything. They also have notary and mailboxes for rent and prices are good. This is by far the best location in the area.

I always use this location if I need to send packages via UPS & went there today to get an insurance claim notarized & faxed, clean store with good customer service, easy location & easy parking

I went today for Notary services and was helped by Alice. From the moment she answered the phone when I called until arriving to the location she was pleasant as well as knowledgeable. It was lunch time and the shop got super busy. The next customer service store clerk named Arsh handled the customers with ease. Over all the staff at the Emeryville store made my family feel comfortable in a stressful situation. Thank you both! Nadirah
