Ordered and paid for next day air. Package was not delivered by the next day. Said they were going to mail me a refund in the form of a check and email me. Sounds wrong and suspicious since I paid with a credit card. Going to ask my credit card company to decline the charge. Not reliable at all. Go to USPS - the postal service actually gets packages delivered on time and it’s cheaper.
The UPS at 17th a d Franklin - my home away from home! I've been a customer here for going on 5 years and have never had a problem. The employees are courteous, the services are there just as described.
A great way to have a permanent address for those transitioning periods of life - great way to keep your mail separated by address!
And as an added bonus - you can't beat the location - right in the heart of Oakland, California!
