Please do not do business with Stephanie. I was going to have my wedding reception August of 2019. I had to change my date because it was originally for 2018. We had to change the date because I got in a serious car accident where I was left unable to work for 6 weeks after I had delivered my baby. Stephanie was more than happy to change the date for me after my predicament. But unfortunately my fiance all the time was prescribed pain medication for his injuries from the accident. He became addicted to Pills and went on a full-blown relapse. I could no longer follow through or go through with the wedding and I let Stephanie know 9 months in advance. Because I did not think our relationship was going to make it. His addiction was pretty far in. And this was not the first time he had relapsed. I explained the situation with Stephanie and was promised a refund. We did not agree on the refund but in the end I was settling with the amount she offered because I needed the money. It has been 6 months since I've heard from Stephanie and I still have not received my refund. This was just my experience using the Vault I would recommend to never use Stephanie because she does not keep her word and follow through with her agreements. You can message me for any more information you would like on the situation or subject. I am still trying to get ahold of Stephanie to get my refund.
