I wanted to share my recent experience at View Dental Specialist Center, where I was referred by my local dentist for two root canals.
Despite arriving approximately 25 minutes early for my 3:30 PM appointment to complete paperwork, I found that the company's approach to scheduling and time management left much to be desired.
It became apparent that the center overbooks appointments, resulting in significant delays and a lack of consideration for patients' time. During my appointment, I felt rushed and observed the endodontist, Dr. Tota Shimizu, attending to multiple patients simultaneously, which I found to be disrespectful and concerning.
Furthermore, I was surprised to discover an additional $300 charge for what was presented as an extra service. Had I not inquired about this charge, I would have unknowingly incurred a deductible of over $700. This was disappointing and added to my overall dissatisfaction with the experience.
Regrettably, despite the courteous apologies from staff for the scheduling issues, I cannot in good conscience recommend View Dental Specialist Center to friends or family members.
My appointment, which began at 3:30 PM, was extended well beyond 7:00 PM due to the delays and inefficiencies.
While I understand that feedback is valuable for improvement, I must express my disappointment that the system does not allow for a negative rating.
