I purchased Sovereign Silver twice from Amazon and both times the bottles arrived broken, so I decided to buy it from the Vitamin Shoppe. Every time I've gone to that store, I've been made to feel unwelcome. Today was no different. As soon as I walked in, an employee asked me if I needed help. I said I didn't but she glued herself to my side and followed me to the silver. Normally, I would browse a bit before checking out, but I could tell she wanted me to leave. I was glad to.

It was as though I had acquired the power of invisibility. Nobody acknowledged our presence. The employees were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Maybe I went at a bad time but even the guy at the register wasn't friendly at all. It felt like he didn't actually wanted us in his store...like we were an inconvenience instead of customers. I'll just stick to Amazon to get my essential oils, then.
