Ask for Mel. She is wonderful! I am very pain sensitive and have had many painful experiences (not at the Wax Bar) and until I went to Mel I always dreaded my Brazilian waxes. Mel is quick and almost painless. I don’t know how she does it, but finally I do not dread my monthly wax! She is very professional, friendly and the best waxing experience I have ever had. Thanks Mel! The Wax Bar in Ballard has a clean and relaxing interior with an adorable little shop in front. I’ve picked up many gifts for friends and family while waiting for my wax and I usually buy a candle for myself every time I’m there. The reception is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Wax Bar and Mel specifically.
