I didn't end up getting anything I sat in drive thru for 10 minutes (no cars) pulled up.to the window nothing... went inside. both employees had headsets on and both were occupied with some woman looking though names saying her points are under a different name that she doesn't kno???(weird people can just claim they're points are under another name) i waited 5 more minutes but that was too much... I suggest coaching employees on being more aware of waiting customers and problem solving. I was not acknowledged once. 2 more cars were lost in the non answering drive thru too while I was there.

I love the açaí here it always tastes great but the amount you get is never the same, recently i haven't been getting as much açaí as normal, for the price i’d expect the bowl to be filled up.
EDIT - i keep coming back because it’s so close to my house but the problem has continued, i went to the hayden location a couple weeks ago and i got a full bowl filled to the top and came back to the appleway location today and bowl is a little more than halfway full…i wish it was consistent!

Grace, manager, is such a great addition to this business ⭐️. She always remembers my name, greets me with a warm smile, and knows my usual order for my Grandson, Mason, who won’t get an Acai Crunchy Monkey bowl anywhere else…..I have spoiled him with The Best….fresh ingredients, but most importantly showing him how to manage a business thro’ Grace’s example ⭐️. She really cares & wants us to feel special !!! Absolutely the Best place to go for a healthy snack !!!
