The old lady is RUDE. Tries to be friendly, but so rude when making comments to the customer. She doesn't have a good customer service and I don't think she cares if she gets customers or not. She made a very offensive comment and that's why we won't be coming back in this place or recommend it to anyone. She did not even gave us a brand new Turban that's supposed to be sealed in a plastic. Gross 😝. Good thing we didn't purchase a Wig here.

This has to be the nicest wig shop in Sacramento! I have bought wigs, for over 10 years, but here you get such personalized care from Ingrid, the owner, and the best selection of wigs I have ever seen. I also love that Ingrid stays on top of the fashion world and buys all the styles of wigs that ladies of all ages, wear today! So if you ever need or just want to wear a wig, you should definitely go see Ingrid, because she makes you feel so comfortable and helps you find the wig that makes you feel beautiful again. Plus, she's done this for over 20 years, so she knows how to trim and style them to your liking. And to me that's a real plus!
