Used to be great but service is terrible now. Employees are not treated well which has resulted in terrible service and very unhappy employees who do the bare minimum. Very high turnover and regular cancellations on their end because employees just don’t even show up.

This place is small, overpriced and prejudiced. They delete any review that is not 5 stars off Yelp so that should tell you a lot about their ethics. They do not work with diverse populations and thats a big thing for me being born and raised in the Bay Area. I did not felt welcomed here.

Amazing atmosphere and customer service. I got waxed while on vacation from the east coast and was so impressed! I will definitely be back for more services the next time I visit my Cali friends!
