By far the best apartment complex around. Staff is great. The building is well maintained and beautiful amenities. I left the building after a year to move to another town but when I moved back to Tacoma, Brandi made my move back in super easy. 10/10 would recommend.
The train is sometimes loud, but you're in the city and you get use to it.
I will forever treasure Thea's Landing. This incredible community has everything required to be an extremely rare and wonderful apartment community.
Let me be clear, I only moved because I fell in love and we combined households. I still look back on this place fondly and miss it dearly. The staff are all phenomenal.
I don't think I spent more than one full day without hearing a response, and often they surprised me by going the extra mile with a smile and without condition. As an Organizational Psychologist (who specializes in luxury travel), I want to commend the employees and their management for allowing the staff to achieve great service. I have never met such exceptional landlords in my time renting apartments. This alone warrants a 5-star review... and yet there is more.
The amenities are fantastic. Fully stocked gym, courtyards with a fire pit and BBQs, tanning, dog washing, or whatever your could dream up.
The location is also fantastic. The trains may be a concern for some, however I found them to be very interesting. I was impressed with the sound proofing of the building. Still, be aware of your noise tolerance when selecting a unit. If you enjoy trains, boats, and some aircraft (you never hear them), you will enjoy living on a quiet and impeccably cared for waterfront with restaurants, bars, museums, and coffee shops.
If my partner and I didn't have our home we would still live at Thea's. As we consider our next chapter in snowbirding, we are actually considering our options at Thea's for our Washington residence.
Don't miss out. Don't wait. Prices will raise, lock yours in now.
