Giant shout out to Theisens heating & air for saving our butt's this week!! Nobody likes working in 95° weather inside. They called ME and scheduled my first maintenance call on the Heat Pump that I purchased from them last year! Great follow up. They are CARING, they are thorough, they are HONEST & FAIR. Plus, after my 93 year old Mom's old heat pump died and before they could install the new HEAT-PUMP, they furnished us with a portable AC unit to keep her cool. They were so kind to us.
