Home Care Assist was wonderful to work with in scheduling and care taking of our sometimes difficult relative. They were very accommodating to her quirks and took care in choosing the caretakers based on our relative’s needs. The Home Care Assistance app was very helpful and kept updated. Every time I contacted HCA I either spoke immediately with a staff member or got a call back very quickly. I can highly recommend Home Care Assistance of Sonoma County.

HCA provided excellent caregivers for my mother over the span of a year and a half. They were respectful, gentle, and adapted to her needs as she declined in her mental and physical abilities. They were also supportive to my husband and I as friends. The office staff was also great, and sometimes came to fill in when a caregiver was sick. They also came over periodically to check on the quality of care.
