I have had back issues for years (like everyone else) and had several PT prescriptions over the years. I recently started with Kevin at Therapeutic Associates and what a difference. The previous session in 2022 was at a different PT company (a much larger entity) that put me through the familiar routines but did not make much difference. Granted, that was during Covid but I had 5 different therapists in 6 sessions there. Kevin was much more focused on my individual issues and was able to show me what was going on and modified some of the exercises and helped me understand what my body was doing. It was the best education regarding my back that I have had. Part of good therapy is feeling that someone is really listening and cares and that they understand well what is going on. I really appreciated his knowledge and ability to communicate what I needed to do.
