TLDR: Make an appointment ASAP, you’ll thank me later.
This has been the best PT clinic and experience I have EVER had. I was lucky enough to have Rachel Griffith as my PT for the month and a half I was in Seattle and let me tell you I couldn’t be more impressed by her!
In Nov 2019 I tore my ACL/MCL and meniscus and since then I’ve been to 5 other Physical Therapists and PT clinics across the country. All too often PTs are pressured to follow quantity rather than quality of patient care but not this clinic and its staff. From the people at the front desk to the PTs like Rachel and even the clinic’s director Maren, each and every person is very welcoming, empathetic, social and truly interested in each patient that walks through their door. The conversations and relationships I developed with these people kept me coming back even on the days I may have not wanted to. This is not something that should be underestimated as consistency is the key to results.
So let’s talk about the results I’ve seen from the 6 weeks I was a patient here... and let me tell you they have blown me away. Every single day I felt better than the last and as long as you are willing to put in the work you will see them too! Before my first appointment here I had constant pain doing simple household chores, going up and down stairs and rather limited mobility. To put it into perspective, my leg in general was at a 4/10 and at the end it was easily an 8/10 in such a short time.
If you read this whole review congrats and if you already couldn’t tell I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s got a great location, beautiful facility, and an amazing staff which in the end led me to an awe inspiring realization... I am truly sad I have to leave this place.
