I had total knee replacement surgery. Bart and his team have been extraordinary in helping me re-gain strength and flexibility as I learn to walk again. I find them to be extraordinarily well spoken and caring, and most importantly, effective. I highly recommend the team at Therapeutic Associates North Lake Physical Therapy and will be back for Knee 2 later this year.

My experience with them wasn't great. When rescheduling, they scheduled me to a different person without telling me and that wasn't effective. I didn't find their model of handing over mid appointment from the PT to "exercises expert" as ineffective. Finally, I believe was overcharged, with artificially split one visit into two items - I tried to call and ask about this, but after being transferred 3 times, no one seemed to care or willing to help. Overall I feel that my 3 visits there were pretty much waste of time.
