As a new runner, I was doing well just to get the miles in, but it started to add up to some soft tissue injuries. Hanna helped me recover and figure out what I was doing wrong. Together with better running cadence, I'm back up to the mileage and not experiencing the pain. I'm so grateful!

Dr. Hanna Prange, DPT is the best physical therapist I've ever had (and I've had a lot). I started seeing her at the Queen Anne Therapydia location for physical therapy after a traumatic rock climbing accident which resulted in a fused spine, torn ACL and MCL, and multiple foot and ankle fractures. Her knowledge of anatomy, the connection between body systems, and manual therapy is excellent. She really knows her stuff. After guiding me through the acute phase of recovery, she helped me with strengthening, posture correction, and body alignment. She was also able to diagnose and identify the origin of my chronic glute pain and low back pain. She's down to earth, and I appreciated her humor which helped keep me motivated and accountable for doing my exercises. I have since returned to climbing, hiking, biking, and I'm stronger than I was before my accident. This wouldn't have been possible without Hanna. She's the best!

Working with Hanna Prange at Therapydia for the last year was the best thing to come out of an unfortunate situation. When I started PT I was in so much pain I struggled to walk and get out of bed on my own. With Hanna’s help, support and encouragement, I’m now stronger than I was before my injury and able to return to all the activities I love- hiking, paddleboarding and snowboarding. Hanna taught me to understand what was happening to my body and helped me to learn to walk again at a time where I wasn’t sure I would ever feel “normal” again. She is so understanding, patient, kind and fun to work with. I’ve learned so much about my body and proper form- from sitting/standing to even weightlifting. She took the time to answer all my questions (more so than my doctors), support my challenges and celebrate my successes. Completing my PT today was bittersweet because I’m so proud of the progress we have made together, but I will truly miss seeing Hanna (and Liz) each week. Hanna helped me to regain my independence and I feel so much more in touch with my body and movement. I will forever be grateful for all the love and support I felt from Therapydia QA. Thank you so much!!
