This company was extremely amazing. Their technician was incredibly detailed and keen on fixing my oven that was overheating. He took the time to explain everything to me, and to make sure I was satisfied with the service he provided. It was a great experience, and I'm looking forward to using them again in the future.

I gave Thermador Group a call in April and they were very responsive with scheduling us in at the earliest opportunity. Terry came over to look at our broken stove and gave us options to consider in case we wanted to buy a new stove instead of repairing it. We opted to repair the parts. Terry was professional and diligent in getting the job done, even when he misdiagnosed one of the problems at first, he then repaired the real problem at cost savings even though we got a new part for what he thought was wrong. Total pro!
