My computer wasn't turning on and my data was going to be lost, but Thinq Mac was able to get my computer working, transfer everything to a new external drive, and save all the data. They are very reliable and kind, and keep you updated throughout the process. Also very quick turn around time and great prices. Highly recommend!!

The team at thinq mac are easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I recently purchased my new iMac there and thanks to Jonathan, I saved some money. He determined that I had overestimated my storage needs. He helped me choose the iMac that was right for me after he checked my old iMac. They sent a followup email asking how everything is going and to call with any questions. I know you'l find it a pleasure to do business with thing mac.

Thinq Mac was upfront about estimated costs and with setting expectations when it came to my data recovery. Service was not rushed and in the end all my information was restored. I would recommend them and will use them again.
