The things that impress me the most are the focus on developing and executing on a plan, the consistent and steady approach, and the personal attention that Ben and his team pay to changes in our lives and the impact they may have on the plan. As a young, female professional, I was pretty nervous to get started with my financial planning. I wasn't sure what to expect and I was worried that I would be talked down to. From my first interaction, Kyle and the team completely put me at ease with breaking down the process step by step and explaining financial concepts to me in ways I could understand (without patronizing me at all).
