Wonderful facility and the best people. Everyone is very informative and extremely friendly. My wife and I drive from Renton to take ourselves and our two young children (who also enjoy going here... Lol) they do very well making them comfortable

Very bad experience, called and made appointments for my son, me, and my wife. My son did regular cleaning and night guard Xray. The clinic promised it will be done within a week. After I came to my appointment a week and half. Clinic said they never sent out the night guard request to the lab. Plus they LOST the Xray scan as well, which my son complained the stuff did very bad job doing Xray to begin with. Multiple scans in one location repeatedly again and again. I went in my appointment having the same experience, doing Xray once and reboot computer and trying to do again,I said no. I canceled all appointments and looking for somewhere else.
