I work at SHMC and get a coffee everyday. I always ask for extra caramel but never get it. So I will stop somewhere else on my way to work.

Just ordered a couple drinks for my wife and I. They treated me like an idiot for asking for a 50/50 ratio of cold brew concentrate to water and treat each ounce of cold brew like a pulled shot of espresso and was going to charge me for each extra shot in that 1:1 ratio beverage. An ounce of cold brew is not equal to an ounce of espresso in cost or potency. It wasn't even very good coffee. They were rude to me as if I had no idea what I was asking for telling me it would be way too strong. Dutch bros would never treat anyone like that. In fact, I went straight to Dutch bros and they gave me a drink for my trouble at Thomas hammer. Dutch bros is the best! Do not waste your money at Thomas hammer unless you are desperate for caffeine.

Great customer service! Love their huckleberry, strawberry lemon scones and savory items like everything bagels! Their espresso is tasty and strong! A solo shot is more than enough for me! :)
